What is the Subscription Management?

WriteWise Subscription Management is managed by FastSpring.

FastSpring is an authorized vendor and payment processor that works with WriteWise to fulfill our subscription orders.

In this FAQ article, we will provide the subscription management steps you need to follow to access your account in FastSpring and make modifications to your subscription.

Step 1: Open “My Account” and click “Manage Subscription”

From the WriteWise Dashboard, select the menu option “My Account.” Read more about how to use the WriteWise Dashboard in the FAQ article.

Once you have opened the “My Account” page, click on the blue “Manage Subscription” button on the right-hand side to continue the subscription management process.

Once you click this button, a new window will open in the FastSpring website.

Step 2: Provide your account email

To get an access link to manage your WriteWise subscription through FastSpring, provide your account email in the indicated box.

Step 3: Click “Continue”

Once you have provided the correct account email, click “Continue” to proceed with the subscription management process.

You will now need to open the email you provided to continue.

Step 4: Click the “Manage Your Orders” link

You will receive an email titled “YOUR NAME, here is a link to manage your orders” sent by

If you do not receive the email, please review your Spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please return to the previous step and make sure you correctly entered the email.

Once you open the FastSpring email, click on the text link “Click here to manage your orders.” This will open a new window with your FastSpring account and WriteWise subscription details.

From here, you will be able to get into the details of the subscription management process.

Step 5: Manage details as required

You should now see the details of your specific subscription or subscriptions to WriteWise.

On the right-hand side, you will see a blue button that says “Manage Subscription.” Click this button to see a dropdown menu of the options you have related to subscription management.

Here you can: update your payment information or cancel your subscription.

What if I want to change my plan, not cancel it?

Unfortunately, you will first have to cancel your existing subscription. Then, please proceed to select the new subscription you want from the WriteWise Plans.

Once you subscribe to the new plan, you will immediately regain access to WriteWise and all of your documents.

What if I want a refund?

Per our Terms of Service, we do not provide refunds on monthly plans.

You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for future periods.

If you purchased an annual plan and want to cancel with a full refund, you can do so within the first month of purchase by writing to No refunds for annual plans are provided after the first month.
