What payment methods are available?

FastSpring (a platform specialized in safe and secure internet sales, compliant with PCI, and that employs Verisign SSL Certificates), which accepts Paypal and all major credit cards, operates as reseller of WriteWise’s products and services. Therefore, all payments for the Services will be effected through FastSpring.

What currencies are accepted?

All WriteWise subscription payments are made through FastSpring a secure platform. Currency rates currently accepted are:

You can change the country (and therefore language and currency) during the payment process. To do this, click on the country flag displayed on the top right of the popup payment window.

What types of WriteWise plans are available?

We offer monthly and yearly plans for:

  • WriteWise English + Spanish
  • WriteWise English
  • WriteWise Spanish

We also offer an eLearning course: Curso Avanzado de Escritura Académica. This course can be purchased individually with life-time access.

How can I purchase multiple licenses?

There are two ways to purchase multiple licenses:

  1. After selected the desired plan, increase the number of units to purchase to the desired amount. Following purchase, we will promptly reach out to assign the licenses to the desired users.
  2. Contact us directly by writing to sales@writewise.io

Can I try before I buy?

WriteWise offers a free demo version that shows the tools available. Please note that the Demo account is used my multiple people at any given time, and all text data is deleted hourly.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds can be issued within 10 days after the purchase of yearly plans. If you would like to request a refund of your purchase, please contact us at finance@writewise.io

Refunds are not available for 1-month plans.
